Our provider is a licensed mental health professional dedicated to extending compassionate care to all of our clients through secure and convenient virtual appointments that allow patients to receive care from the comfort of home.

We use evidence-based practices not only to treat symptoms, but also to help identify potential underlying contributing factors through appropriate lab work and assessments. We work closely with our patients — and, when approved, others involved in their care — to develop thoughtful, personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and goals.
Meet Our Provider
Sarah Hamby is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-informed psychiatric care for adults ages 18 and older throughout Colorado, with plans to expand services to other states in the future.
Before transitioning into psychiatry, Sarah spent more than 11 years working as a registered nurse in cardiovascular intensive care and other critical care settings. Her experiences caring for patients through some of life’s most vulnerable moments deepened her passion for providing thoughtful, patient-centered mental health care and improving the way individuals feel seen, heard, and supported within the healthcare system.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina and her Master of Science in Nursing from Clemson University as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She later completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post-Graduate Certificate through Wilkes University.
She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
